Free tools work without an account. When you sign in, we store your name, email address, verification status, sign-in method and session security information (IP address and browser details) in this site's private Cloudflare database. Accounts, sessions, orders and access are isolated from our other sites.
Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Google or Facebook handles its own sign-in; we never receive your provider password. Facebook email addresses require our email verification before a session is granted. Login emails are sent through Resend using accounts@mail.rastergo.com. Account pages do not contain analytics or advertising trackers.
Sessions expire after 7 days, and you can sign out or revoke other devices. Account records are retained while the account is active. Local tool files stay on your device unless that tool explicitly explains a hosted upload or delivery.
Email support@rastergo.com from the address associated with your account, naming FotoApta and requesting account deletion. Do not send your password or payment credentials. We verify ownership before deleting account access and associated login data; transaction records may need to be retained for refunds and legal obligations. Removing this site from your Facebook connected apps revokes provider access but does not itself delete the local account.
